Introducing TechnoZero and TechnoLo
TechnoZero Zero Depth Retrofit UFH
Our revolutionary TechnoZero retrofit system allows underfloor heating to be added to an existing screed floor without adding any depth to the overall floor construction. Channels are cut into the existing floor slab into which the underfloor heating pipework is fitted before the channel is back filled with a self levelling screed giving a flat surface for a finished floor to be laid on to. The TechnoZero channels can even be cut through existing tiles and slabs!

TechnoLo Low Profile UFH
The 15mm deep TechnoLo low profile underfloor heating system can be fitted over existing solid (concrete or screed) or suspended (joisted) floors. The existing floor is first given a coat of sealer before low profile underfloor heating panels are laid across the floor area. The underfloor heating pipework simply clips into the low profile panel and a 15mm layer of self-levelling screed is poured. In just 48 hours your finished flooring can be laid.

TechnoClip for Screed Floor
16mm underfloor heating pipework secured to rigid insulation using barbed staples before being covered with a standard dry mix screed or liquid screed to a depth specified by the screed provider.
TechnoPlate on Floating Floor
16mm underfloor heating pipework laid within channels pressed into aluminium diffuser trays laid on battens (minimum depth 25mm) set out at 400mm centres.
TechnoPlate on Standard Joists
16mm underfloor heating pipework laid within channels pressed into aluminium diffuser trays laid on solid wood joists set out at 400mm centres.
TechnoMesh for Screed Floor
16mm underfloor heating pipework secured to reinforcing mesh with cable ties before being covered with a standard dry mix or liquid screed to a depth specified by the screed provider.
TechnoFloat Floating Floor
16mm underfloor heating pipework laid within channels pressed into aluminium diffuser trays laid on Castellated insulation (minimum depth 32mm).
TechnoPlate on Eco Joists
16mm underfloor heating pipework laid within channels pressed into aluminium diffuser trays laid on eco joists set out at 400mm centres and topped with a 25mm deep batten.
